Fresh Shallot Pasta

  • 3 fresh shallots, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 cups cooked pasta

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil for garnish

Ingredients:

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • 2. Add shallots and sauté until soft and golden.

  • 3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

  • 4. Toss in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil.

Shallot and Green Bean Side Dish

  • 2 fresh shallots, minced

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  • 1. Boil green beans for 3-4 minutes, then drain.

  • 2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots until golden.

  • 3. Add green beans, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
