Fresh Shallot Pasta
3 fresh shallots, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups cooked pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Ingredients:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shallots and sauté until soft and golden.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Toss in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil.
Instructions:
Shallot and Green Bean Side Dish
2 fresh shallots, minced
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients:
1. Boil green beans for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots until golden.
3. Add green beans, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
