Fresh Ginger Stir-Fry

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, julienned

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, snap peas, bell peppers)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Ingredients:

  • 1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.

  • 2. Add ginger and garlic, stir for 30 seconds.

  • 3. Add vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Serve warm.

Instructions:

Ginger Lemon Dressing

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2. Drizzle over salads or grilled vegetables.
