Fresh Ginger Stir-Fry
1 tbsp fresh ginger, julienned
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, snap peas, bell peppers)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Ingredients:
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add ginger and garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
3. Add vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Serve warm.
Instructions:
Ginger Lemon Dressing
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Drizzle over salads or grilled vegetables.
