Garlic Roasted Vegetables
4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
3 cups mixed fresh vegetables (zucchini, carrots, bell peppers)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve warm.
Instructions:
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
4 fresh garlic cloves, peeled
2 lbs fresh potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk (or more as needed)
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
1. Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until soft (15-20 minutes).
2. Drain and mash with butter, milk, and salt until smooth. Serve hot.
