Garlic Roasted Vegetables

  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 cups mixed fresh vegetables (zucchini, carrots, bell peppers)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  • 2. Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • 3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve warm.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, peeled

  • 2 lbs fresh potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup milk (or more as needed)

  • Salt to taste

Ingredients:

  • 1. Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until soft (15-20 minutes).

  • 2. Drain and mash with butter, milk, and salt until smooth. Serve hot.
